About CID

The Centre for Inclusion and Diversity (CID) provides research-informed consulting, professional learning, and strategic support to school districts, government agencies, and community organizations.

Led by Dr. Armen Karamanian, CID combines doctoral-level research expertise with more than 12 years of professional experience, including senior leadership in California public education and professional learning development across Australia and the United States. 

Our services include the delivery of a series of training workshops aimed at improving workplace culture, the creation of professional learning workshops based on organizational need, and employee voice initiatives.
