Instructor presenting to an attentive classroom.

This program explores culture, cultural diversity, and their impact on workplace relationships, collaboration, and performance. Participants develop a deeper understanding of their own cultural identities, worldviews, and mindsets, and how these influence their interactions with others.

Using the Cultural Proficiency Framework, participants explore barriers, guiding principles, the cultural proficiency continuum, and essential elements of culturally proficient practice. Through reflection, discussion, and practical workplace scenarios, they develop strategies to strengthen cultural awareness, foster inclusion, and build more culturally proficient teams and organizations.

Customizable, Tailor-Made Training

Customizable, Tailor-Made Training

Customizable, Tailor-Made Training

The Centre for Inclusion and Diversity (CID) develops customized training and workshops tailored to the unique needs, priorities, and goals of each organization. Before developing training, CID can conduct a needs assessment to identify key challenges, areas for improvement, and learning objectives. This ensures that training content is relevant, practical, and aligned with organizational priorities.

CID provides post-training evaluation data and feedback to assess participant learning, measure effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continued development.

Training proposals can be made to specifically address organizational inclusivity, strengthen leadership skills, address common concerns, or other topics that will strengthen participation in an organization or affect the outcomes of an organization.

Employee Voice & Engagement

Customizable, Tailor-Made Training

Customizable, Tailor-Made Training

CID will help organizations design and implement powerful engagement experiences that elevate employee voice, strengthen leadership capacity, and build cultures of trust, collaboration, and shared ownership.

Drawing from my leadership of a districtwide Student Coalition initiative and my experience leading college students through a gender and identity inclusion consultative process, I bring practical experience in creating structures that empower individuals to influence the decisions of leadership and other decision makers, solve problems, and contribute to organizational improvement.

My consulting approach moves organizations beyond traditional engagement toward sustainable transformation.  The value isn't simply giving people a voice, it's building the leadership, systems, and organizational capacity to turn that voice into lasting impact.
