Armen is an experienced inclusion and diversity practitioner, researcher, and facilitator with more than 12 years’ experience designing and delivering evidence-based inclusion initiatives across higher education institutions, the public sector, and large organisations in Australia and the United States.
He holds a PhD in Migration Studies, with research spanning inclusion, integration, and cultural awareness, alongside a Master of Research with advanced training in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Armen also holds a Graduate Certificate in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Leadership from Harvard Extension School, bringing contemporary global perspectives into his facilitation and advisory work.
Armen has extensive experience creating and facilitating inclusion and diversity workshops, including work in California at a school district with over 10,000 staff, and during his tenure as a facilitator and academic advisor at the University of Technology Sydney. His approach consistently bridges theory and practice—grounded in research, but focused on outcomes that matter to organisations.
Most recently, Armen served as a Director within a large public school district in California, where he led the design and implementation of system-wide inclusion strategies, professional learning programs, and support frameworks across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
As Founder and Lead Facilitator, Armen brings a calm, evidence-led, and practical approach to inclusion and diversity work. He partners with organisations to build capability, strengthen inclusive leadership, and support meaningful improvements in communication, collaboration, and workplace culture.
