This two-day program explores how we understand, value, and respond to different cultures, by answering the question – what is culture? We then explore the notion of cultural diversity and why an understanding of it affects performance in the workplace. Participants will then delve into a deeper understanding of culture and the inside-out approach of delving into understanding how we as individuals respond to those different from us, live in a world of differences, and the worldview of mindset we have and how that affects others. Join us to discuss and respond to these questions and learn about the four tools of the cultural proficiency framework – identifying barriers, the guiding principles, the cultural proficiency continuum, and the essential elements.
Day 1 – Understanding Culture and Self
Day 2 – Applying Cultural Proficiency in Practice

Addressing Bias in the Workplace is a practical, evidence-based training designed for Australian organisations to build awareness of conscious and unconscious bias and its impact on decision-making, workplace culture, and employee outcomes. The course supports participants to identify how bias can influence recruitment, performance management, leadership, and everyday interactions, using Australian workplace examples and legislative context. Through guided discussion, reflection activities, and real-world scenarios, participants develop practical strategies to interrupt bias, promote fairness, and respond constructively to inequity. The training equips teams and leaders with actionable tools to foster inclusive behaviours, strengthen accountability, and create a more equitable, respectful, and high-performing workplace.

This Culturally and Racially Marginalised Communities training course supports Australian workplaces to better understand how systemic bias, racism, and exclusion impact employees from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, culturally and linguistically diverse, migrant, and refugee backgrounds. Through facilitated discussion, real Australian workplace scenarios, and reflective activities, participants identify how unconscious bias, policies, and everyday practices can create inequitable outcomes across recruitment, progression, communication, and workplace culture. The course focuses on building practical capability by equipping leaders and teams with tools to recognise barriers, respond confidently to racism and microaggressions, strengthen cultural safety, and implement inclusive practices that promote equity, respect, and improved performance across the organisation.

Ageism in the Workplace is a practical, evidence-based training course designed for Australian employers seeking to recognise and address age-related bias across all stages of the employment lifecycle. The course helps participants identify how ageism can appear in recruitment, performance management, career development, workplace culture, and everyday decision-making, often unintentionally. Through Australian workplace examples, reflective activities, and facilitated discussion, participants build awareness of common stereotypes about both younger and older workers and how to address them, and explore the business benefits of age-diverse teams. The training equips leaders and employees with clear, practical strategies to create age-inclusive practices, strengthen intergenerational collaboration, retain valuable skills and knowledge, and promote fairness, respect, and productivity across the workforce.
Fee: $3,800 (AUD, incl. GST)
The “Gender Inequality” training supports Australian employers to identify, understand, and address the systemic and everyday factors that contribute to gender inequality in the workplace. The training examines issues such as gender bias, career progression, leadership representation, and workplace culture, while exploring how policies, practices, and behaviours can unintentionally disadvantage employees of different genders. Through practical case studies, facilitated discussion, and reflective activities, participants develop the skills and confidence to recognise inequality in recruitment, performance management, and decision-making, and to implement realistic, workplace-ready strategies that promote fairness, inclusion, and accountability. The training equips leaders and teams with actionable tools to drive meaningful change, strengthen compliance, and build a more equitable and productive workplace.
